PREVIEW | Wednesday-v- Norwich

PREVIEW | Wednesday-v- Norwich

5 – 1.

We’ve beaten these 5 – 1 twice in a row now.

I’m sure plenty of Wednesdayites would kill for the same score line today.

It looks ludicrously unlikely, as Norwich are flying, while 3 consecutive defeats have instilled another negative atmosphere at S6.

Owls Team News

Winnall, Lee, Hooper have all suffered setbacks, again.

Forestieri and Matias edge closer, but it’ll still be another few weeks.

I’m told Van Aken is edging closer… yay.

The Opponent’s Camp

Daniel Farmer arrived at Norwich with the expectation he’d repeat David Wagner’s heroics with Huddersfield and guide the Canaries back to the Premier League.

It didn’t happen.

But they’ve stuck with him and now in season 2 they’re flying, up in 4th comfortably.

Helped along by the goals of on-loan Jordan Rhodes.

Lucky he can’t play today.
